The Wild Things

R and Scott got season passes to the Calgary Zoo this year, and we hit up the zoo on the first warm Saturday of the year so far.

We went along with a white-headed family of Nacho Libre fanatics -- we are big fans, but their kids take it a whole new level.

They have installed lots of ninja robot dinosaurs in the prehistoric park. One of the children was absolutely freaked out. I think he summoned his eagle powers to gather his courage and press on. Speaking of magestic birds, how about this wild goose chase?

I think it's funny that they found this goose as thrilling as any elephant, lion or tiger -- probably more thrilling, judging by all the screeching.
