Man, I totally know that feeling. I felt the same way when we renovated our place, and, like you, we had to get it done because the tenants were about to move in. We literally finished as they showed up to move in their furniture. I'm sure it will be extremely gratifying when you're finished though. I look forward to seeing some SWEET before and after photos.
Can relate ! It seems like we have been in perpetual renovation on one house or another or another for the last 6 months or so. Hang in there. The results are worth all the labor--especially when you look at the before and after shots.
Say, who was your realtor who picked out this house for you, sight unseen to you???? Can you blame "him" that you have to do so much? We did see some shots that Jenny had taken to send you! Or since it was family, and they are all willing to help, just keep plugging along!
